- Best applied at night to relax before sleep
- Avoid using after shaving, as it may cause tingling/stinging
- A slight tingling sensation may occur, especially if magnesium deficient
- Will cause a light sting on open cuts—avoid use on broken skin
- Not suitable for use on the face or around the eyes
- Not recommended for children due to the tingling effect

Keep the lid on when not in use. Product can discolor over time to a very light off-white color, this is normal and caused by the fragrance and magnesium.
Over time if not in use the lotion will begin to form an oil on top. This is normal! Magnesium mixed with the water in the lotion naturally forms an oil. Just mix and apply.
