Damaged, Lost or Stolen Orders


If a product arrives damaged, please email within 5 days of delivery at ollieluesoapco@gmail.com. Please include your full name, shipping address, email, order number, a photo of the product, and a photo of the outside of the package.

All products that have arrived damaged will have a claim filed with the shipping carrier. Replacement of broken items is at discretion of Ollie Lue Soap Co LLC. If your order has been lost in the mail or stolen, please reach out to your local post office or delivery service.

Ollie Lue Soap Co LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Ollie Lue Soap Co LLC cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. If the package is returned, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs. If there are any issues with your order/address after placing your order, please contact us immediately so this can be addressed quickly for you.
