Do you have a store?
No, Ollie Lue does not have a physical location. We are in several small business locations though! You can check the Shop Local tab in the menu for where to shop in person.
Something is out of stock. When will it return?
Signature scents are always on a curing rack waiting to be restocked. These are always restocked on a monthly basis.
Signature scents include: Amber Vanilla, Caramel Tobacco, Goldenberry, Midnight Glow, Naked Oats, Oh Honey, Prometheus.
Other soaps are "limited edition" or seasonal only. Any other soap that is not a signature scent, once it is gone, it is gone!
Can Ollie Lue pop-up at our event?
Yes! I love doing pop-up events. Please email hello@ollieluesoapco.com with event information.
How long does soap last?

tldr: this is a loaded question with many variables, but the average person gets 1.5 months out of a bar of soap.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! I do offer pickup for those local to New Castle, IN. Use code PICKUP at checkout. Please leave a note in the comments if you are wanting to pick up local or at the farmers market!
How long does it take to get my order?
Processing time (time orders are picked/packed/sent to ship out) is 2-3 business days. Once your order is in possession of the shipping carrier, this can take 2-5 business days to arrive. Ollie Lue is not responsible for delays once the package is out of our hands.
What is Magnesium and how do I use it?

tldr: magnesium is a salt that is said to help some with aches and sleep! Note that it is a salt and will burn dry skin, eyes, open cuts, etc.
Can I host a DIY party with Ollie Lue?
Currently, I host parties with Berryfied Ceramics in Lynn, IN. Be sure to stay tuned for class schedules because seats fill quickly!
